WARM UP:
1. LUSCIOUS LIP MASSAGE (beginner) will release tension
from around the lips, balance your smile, and develop fuller
lips.
2. ACTIVE RESTING POSE (beginner) will help you to center
and focus yourself, connect to your breathing, and stop your
mind from chattering. It will open you up to your inner beauty
and will help you to train yourself from over-contracting your
lips and mouth during your work day.
3. MOON SOLO WITH HAND HUG (beginner) will develop your
cheek muscles and reduce jaw tension.
4. HALF MOON with LIP SMOOTHER (beginner) will help
to prevent fine lines from forming around the lips. To maximize
the benefits of this and the other exercises, take Vitamin B2,
drink less coffee, and more water.
5. MOON CURL POSE (intermediate) will develop the upper
lip peak and cheek muscles. It will challenge your jaw tension.
(The less jaw tension you have, the easier it will be to develop
cheek contours.)
6. THE POOCH SCULPT EXERSSAGE (advanced) will reduce
jaw tension, sculpt the buccal region, refine your chin muscle,
reduce pouches at sides of mouth, firm cheeks, and create fuller
lips.
WORKOUT:
1. HALF MOON POSE WITH EYE PUSH UPS will balance your
smile and tone your under eyelid area.
2. POOCH SCULPT EXERSSAGE WITH LOWER EYELID PUSH UPS
(intermediate) will strengthen under eyelid
tissue, reduce crows feet, and improve circulation and color
in the under eye area in Workout #3. It will work to retrain
forehead and eyebrow expression habits.

3. MOON CURL WITH HAND HUG WITH EYE PUSH UPS will heighten
cheek contours and relax eye tension.
COOL DOWN:
CLAMSHELL EXERSSAGE in MOON SOLO POSE (beginner) in
the Cool Down Section, is a good scalp massage that releases
tension stored in cheek and jaw muscles.

Workout Two

1. In the CHIN SERIES, the Snake Roll is for beginners, while the Snake Press and Serpent are intermediate-level moves. This series will tighten and tone the skin on the neck, sculpt under the chin, and refine the chin line and muscle shape. |

2. MOON CURL POSE (intermediate) will develop the upper lip peak and cheek muscles. It will challenge your jaw tension. (The less jaw tension you have, the easier it will be to develop cheek contours.) |

1. The FLAMINGO (beginner) is to loosen neck and shoulder tension, for a wider range of motion, to define chin line and reeducate your bite and the habits that create jaw tension. |

The MOON FISH SEQUENCE
a. The MOON FISH WITH HAND HUG (beginner) will develop your cheek muscles and reduce jaw tension. |

b. MOON FISH (advanced) is the absolute lip and cheek toner. |
|
3. JAW POINT EXERSSAGE (intermediate) is a good self massage with breathing to first sculpt out hidden tension from pressure points and then blend them together with massage. It will reduce jaw tension from earlobes to temples. It brings an added glow to your complexion. |

4. The CAMEL WALK (intermediate) is a massage movement to heighten cheek contours, reduce jaw tension, and firm muscle sags at the sides of your mouth. |
Workout Four

1. EYE PUSH UPS (intermediate) will strengthen under eyelid tissue, reduce crow's feet, and improve circulation and color in the under eye area. It will work to retrain forehead and eyebrow expression habits. |

2. The EYELID SHAPER (advanced) will tone the upper and lower eyelid tissue, strengthen and firm cheek muscles, and reduce jaw tension. |

3. JAW SLIDE is a beginner movement which incorporates "haah" breathing to release tension while checking for clicking which can cause facial asymmetry. |
|
4. JAW SLIDE ROTATIONS (beginner) will loosen jaw tension, promote more fluid motion, and improve your complexion. |
|
5. CHEEK SCULPT EXERSSAGE relieves deep tension held around the cheek muscles and releases tension around the upper lip caused by pursing the lips. |
Workout Five
|
1. NEXERSSAGE (intermediate) is a soothing massage to the front of the neck. It improves circulation to neck tissues and reduces lines on front of the neck. |
|
2. The FROWN RELEASER will retrain your eyebrows and mouth posture that unconsciously knit together. It takes patience and perseverance to master this movement. It helps to reeducate the lips from leading the eyebrows into this unconscious habit. |
|
3. The UPPER EYELID SHAPER (beginner) will strengthen upper eyelid tissue. It may take a few practice sessions before you begin to feel results due to a general, overall weakness in the area in the beginning. |
