No hardware necessary
The premium version of the UCC Client offers a complete softphone solution including Call Manager, which you can also use via the cloud. In combination with a headset, this provides you with a fully-fledged alternative to your previous desktop phone and even allows you to make calls via the microphone in your laptop.
